Cancellation Policy

Appointment Changes & Cancellations: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the reserved service total. Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged the full scheduled service amount. ⸻ Card on File & Deposits: A valid card is required to secure all appointments. Cards are not charged at the time of booking unless a deposit applies. To reserve extended or specialty services, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required for corrective color and appointments exceeding three hours. This deposit is collected at booking and applied to your final balance. Deposits are retained if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show. ⸻ Service Adjustments: All color, haircut, treatment, and styling services are final. If something does not feel quite right, please contact our salon within 7 days of your appointment so we may thoughtfully review and assist. ⸻ Retail Products: We gladly accept exchanges on gently used retail product purchases within 7 days of purchase to ensure you feel confident with your selection. Products may be exchanged for an alternative item or salon credit.
